The New Zealand Institute of Food Science and Technology Inc. (NZIFST) is the country’s leading professional association representing people working in the food industry, or in related research and teaching, who apply science, technology and engineering to the processing, manufacture and distribution of foods.
The NZIFST provides members and non-members with outstanding opportunities for networking, professional development and peer recognition.
