Julie North is director of Foodcom, a food and health communications consultancy, with a team of professional food enthusiasts - who love to talk about food! Julie is a registered nutritionist who has specialised in communication and public affairs with a career largely in industry; Heinz Wattie’s, Sealord and NZ Dairy Board. She now is studying culinary nutrition - an emerging area of nutrition that puts quality food, cooking and recipes at the core - a food first philospohy.
