Chris is a Principal Adviser Food Standards in the Food Risk Management Directorate at New Zealand Food Safety. Chris leads work developing relevant food safety standards and systems. Previously, Chris has led Environmental Health and Food Safety teams in the United Kingdom (UK) and New Zealand, worked with the UK Meat Hygiene Service and UK Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, run a consultancy and event management business, and sailed the globe as a commercial yacht skipper.
