Alana's previous life was academically charged with lecturing and fellowships around the globe in various scientific disciplines. She moved into the world of business to see STEAM in action, and now relishes bringing scientific discipline to business excellence. With almost a decade of management and business development experience, seeing customer success is a key driver for her day-to-day.

Having worked with Zubi from its early days, she’s seen the company grow and assist food manufacturers in ANZ with their NPD, labelling creation and assisting with quality control.
